Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Engineer, located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, providing technical expertise on the company's products, and identifying customer needs to offer tailored solutions. Key responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations, preparing quotations, tracking client requirements, and coordinating with the technical team to ensure seamless service delivery. The role also involves creating technical proposals, providing post-sales support, and contributing to business growth through active customer engagement.
Qualifications
- Technical expertise in industrial equipment, with an understanding of CIJ Printers, Inkjet Solutions, or related technologies
- Strong sales acumen, including client relationship management and the ability to identify and address customer requirements
- Problem-solving mindset and the ability to provide technical solutions tailored to client needs
- Strong communication and presentation skills for delivering product demonstrations and proposals
- Proficiency in preparing technical documentation and quotations
- Self-motivated, with excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, or a related field
- Previous experience in industrial sales or technical consulting is a plus
