Role Summary:
Suntar International is seeking candidates with practical knowledge and sales experience in water and wastewater engineering systems/projects, particularly involving membrane- or resin-based process applications. Hands-on expertise in membrane technologies such as RO, NF, UF, and MF, along with their industrial applications, is required. Candidates who do not fully meet the primary criteria may still be considered if they possess strong practical experience in membrane-based process applications beyond conventional water and wastewater treatment. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct lead generation activities and identify potential clients within the water, wastewater, and industrial process sectors to support business growth.
- Drive business development activities by building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, consultants, EPC contractors, and key industry stakeholders.
- Provide tendering support including preparation of technical and commercial proposals, quotation submissions, tender documentation, and bid coordination.
- Support daily sales operations activities such as customer follow-ups, project tracking, sales coordination, and internal communication with relevant departments.
- Deliver effective presentations to clients regarding company solutions, membrane technologies, project capabilities, and technical process applications.
- Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, project execution, and service departments to ensure smooth communication and project support.
- Maintain accurate data management and reporting for sales pipelines, customer databases, tender status, project updates, and business activity reports.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Engineering Graduate (Chemical/Environmental/Mechanical/Electrical preferred)
- 3+ years in Technical Sales / Business Development with Membrane technology
- Strong Spoken & Written English
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint & Word)
- Good Communication, Presentation & Coordination Skills
- Self-Motivated, Quick Learner & Team Player
