Role Description
We are seeking a Sales Engineer for a full-time, on-site position located in Mumbai. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for driving sales of SUNBEAM GENERATORS' products and solutions by identifying client needs, providing technical expertise, and cultivating lasting customer relationships. Daily tasks include conducting product presentations, offering technical support, advising clients on tailored solutions, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaboration with internal teams to deliver client-focused solutions is a key aspect of this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales Engineering and Sales techniques to meet revenue targets and understand technical product offerings.
- Strong Technical Support skills to assist clients in resolving product-related technical issues and offering expert solutions.
- Excellent Communication skills to present technical information effectively and maintain clear dialogue with clients and team members.
- Exceptional Customer Service skills to build and maintain enduring relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work collaboratively within teams while also handling independent responsibilities effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. Prior experience in sales engineering or a similar technical sales role is preferred but not mandatory.
