Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Sales Engineer to join our on-site team in Bengaluru. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, understanding client requirements, and presenting tailored fluid conveyance solutions. This role will involve collaborating closely with the sales team to assist in driving business growth, developing customer relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and technical guidance. Additional responsibilities will include supporting pre-sales activities and managing post-sales customer interactions to address technical inquiries and concerns.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales Engineering and a strong technical foundation related to fluid conveyance systems
- Experience providing Technical Support and troubleshooting technical challenges
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Prior experience in Sales, with the ability to understand and meet customer needs effectively
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work effectively in a team
- Working knowledge of the aerospace, energy, or marine industry is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field
- Willingness to work on-site in Bengaluru
