Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Vadodara for a Sales Engineer. The Sales Engineer will provide technical support, identify customer needs, provide tailored solutions that align with client requirements, and work closely with both the engineering and sales teams to deliver best-in-class service. The role involves building relationships with current and prospective clients, driving sales efforts, preparing proposals, and offering expert advice on technical solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales Engineering and Technical Support to address customer needs and recommend solutions.
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service for building and maintaining client relationships.
- Experience in Sales and developing strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and meet deadlines under minimal supervision.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical or related field.
- Knowledge of material handling equipment and systems is an advantage.
