Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Sales Engineer to join our team in a hybrid capacity. Based in Pune Division, this role offers flexibility with partial work-from-home options. The Sales Engineer will engage with clients to understand their needs, provide technical solutions, and drive sales growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include delivering technical presentations, providing pre- and post-sales support, assisting with customer inquiries, and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales Engineering and technical solution generation
- Strong Sales and Customer Service abilities to build and maintain relationships
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for clear and effective client interactions
- Experience in providing Technical Support and troubleshooting product-related issues
- Ability to understand and promote cutting-edge technologies related to industrial systems
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field
- Prior experience in a similar role or in the industrial technology sector is preferred
