🔧 We're Hiring | Sales Executive – Bearings & Lubricants | Bangalore
We are expanding into South India and looking for a sharp, relationship-driven sales professional to be the face of our operations in Bangalore.
This is a ground-floor opportunity — you will be the first person we place in Chennai, working directly with leadership, with full backing of a stocked regional warehouse and a centralized support team.
📌 Role: Sales Executive – Industrial Bearings & Lubricants
📍 Location: Bangalore
💰 CTC: ₹6 – ₹12 LPA (based on experience)
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂'𝗹𝗹 𝗱𝗼:
→ Develop and grow a customer base across South India — channel partners, OEMs, plant maintenance teams
→ Generate and follow up on RFQs, convert enquiries to orders
→ Manage existing relationships and identify new accounts in your territory
→ Coordinate with our Mumbai operations team for quotations and dispatch
→ Be the on-ground presence at customer sites — this is a field role, not a desk role
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲'𝗿𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿:
→ Minimum 5 years of sales experience in industrial bearings, lubricants, or MRO products
→ Existing network of channel partners, dealers, or industrial buyers in Tamil Nadu
→ Strong technical understanding of bearing types, applications, and brands (NTN, SKF, FAG, NSK or equivalent)
→ Self-starter — someone who doesn't wait to be told where to go
→ Proficiency in Tamil and English; Hindi a plus
