Experience Required:
- 2–5 years of experience in Industrial Sales / B2B Technical Sales
- Bachelor’s Degree (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics preferred)
- ·Knowledge of Valves, Actuators, and Industrial Systems preferred
Role Overview:
· We are looking for a dynamic Sales Engineer who has strong market knowledge and understands customer bases in industries like Oil & Gas, Cement, Steel, and Power Plant. Candidate should be capable of developing business opportunities and managing key industrial clients in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
· Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned regions
· Strong understanding of customer base in Oil & Gas, Cement, Steel, and Power Plant industries
· Understand client technical requirements and provide suitable solutions
· Prepare quotations, techno-commercial offers, bids, and proposals
· Follow up on inquiries, negotiate terms, and close sales orders
· Coordinate with service and operations teams for smooth execution
· Build long-term customer relationships and ensure satisfaction
· Achieve sales targets and submit regular reports to management
Requirements:
· Strong customer network in industrial sectors preferred
· Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
· Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
· Willingness to travel extensively in assigned region
· Technical sales approach with problem-solving attitude
