infrastructure space, we are looking for a motivated Sales Engineer to support business
growth across the Pune and Mumbai regions.
Role Overview
The Jr Technical Sales Engineer will be responsible for supporting sales activities, generating
leads, and assisting in client relationship management for smart parking systems. The role
involves working closely with senior sales and technical teams to deliver effective and
customized parking solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Support execution of regional sales plans for smart parking solutions.
• Identify and generate new leads in real estate, commercial, and infrastructure sectors.
• Assist in building relationships with developers, architects, consultants, and contractors.
• Understand basic customer requirements and suggest suitable parking solutions.
• Assist in preparing techno-commercial proposals, BOQs, and quotations.
• Support the sales process from inquiry to order closure.
• Coordinate with internal design and execution teams.• Conduct basic market research and competitor tracking.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain and update client data in CRM systems.
• Support in client meetings, presentations, and site visits.
Requirements
• B.E./B.Tech – Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
• 1–4 years of experience in sales or business development (smart parking / elevators /
automation / industrial equipment preferred)
• Candidates from elevator/lift industry will be an added advantage
• Basic understanding of technical products and solution selling
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
• Willingness to travel for client meetings
