Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer, based in Mumbai. The Sales Engineer will focus on developing strong client relationships, providing technical support and solutions tailored to client needs, and achieving sales targets in the industrial engineering sector. Core responsibilities include identifying and understanding customer requirements, preparing and delivering technical presentations, coordinating with the engineering team, and ensuring an exceptional level of service to promote customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales Engineering and technical support to address client-specific requirements
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively liaise with clients and stakeholders
- Experience in B2B Sales, with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to propose effective technical solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or related field preferred)
- Familiarity with the oil and gas, refining, petrochemical, and industrial sectors is advantageous
- Proficiency in creating sales presentations, reports, and technical documentation
