Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai, India, for a Sales Engineer. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support to customers, ensuring successful integration and application of SEL products and solutions. Key duties include presenting technical solutions to potential clients, assisting in developing proposals, fostering customer relationships, and maintaining a strong understanding of SEL’s technology offerings. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to address customer needs and deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Sales Engineering and Sales, with the ability to understand and communicate technical solutions effectively
• Proficiency in providing Technical Support and resolving customer inquiries
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field
• Familiarity with power systems and industrial automation is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Experience in conducting technical presentations and product demonstrations
