Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Engineer based in the Pune Division. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for identifying client needs, presenting suitable technical solutions, and driving sales activities to achieve business goals. Key responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations, managing technical support during the sales process, and building long-term relationships with clients. The Sales Engineer will also provide customer service, address client inquiries, and assist in the seamless implementation of solutions.
Qualifications
- Ability to apply Sales Engineering and Sales skills to identify client needs and deliver tailored solutions
- Strong Technical Support expertise to provide guidance and troubleshoot issues effectively
- Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to maintain and strengthen client relationships
- Proven track record in technical sales or related fields
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred
- Familiarity with air compression systems and related technologies is an advantage
- Self-driven with the ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Willingness to be based in or commute to the Pune Division
