Nature of job: - Field job

Education qualification: - iti/diploma/b.tech (in mechanical/electrical field)

Experience:– 1-2 years in similar field (technical or industrial sales, preferably in the machine tool(grinding, broaching, metal cutting) Experience in CNC machining, programming/setting/operating, or manufacturing is highly preferred. )

Job Responsibilities(not limited to): -

• Identify new business opportunities, develop sales strategies for new and existing customers, create action plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients(existing/new), including OEMs and end-users, to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide expert technical advice to prospective and existing clients on products.
• Prepare and deliver accurate and detailed techno-commercial offers,
• Stay updated on market trends, industry advancements, and competitor activities.
• Provide ongoing technical support to ensure the successful implementation and use of equipment in co-ordination with service team.
• Maintain sales forecasts, update Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, and handle other sales-related documentation. 

Technical skills required: -

Strong understanding of grinding machines, broaching machines, metal cutting machines (CNC/VMC/HMC), , laser bending/cutting machines, metrology products, industrial automation.

• Knowledge of CAD/CAM software and other relevant engineering software is often beneficial
• Basic understanding of CNC programming (e.g., Fanuc, Siemens etc.)
• Proficiency with CRM software/tools used for efficient working.
