Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Engineer located in Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical consultation, supporting clients in their technical needs, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales goals. The role involves preparing and delivering product presentations, identifying customer requirements, and offering tailored solutions to ensure satisfaction and build long-term partnerships. The Sales Engineer will also closely collaborate with sales and technical teams to align strategies and outcomes.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Sales Engineering and Technical Support, with the ability to understand technical products and explain them to clients.
- Strong proficiency in Sales and Customer Service, with experience in nurturing client relationships and achieving sales targets.
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to convey technical information clearly and effectively.
- Problem-solving skills, teamwork capabilities, and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
- Knowledge of the manufacturing or machine tools industry is beneficial.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
