Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Sales Engineer to join our team on-site at our Bengaluru location. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for understanding client needs, providing technical expertise to support sales efforts, demonstrating product capabilities, and developing strong customer relationships. Daily tasks include preparing proposals, conducting product presentations, collaborating with technical teams to address client requirements, and providing post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales Engineering and a strong understanding of technical products and solutions
- Experience in Sales and Customer Service with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey technical information to clients and stakeholders
- Ability to provide Technical Support, ensuring client concerns and technical inquiries are resolved efficiently
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, electronics, or a related field is preferred
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a results-driven approach
- Experience in the automation industry is an advantage
