Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Vision Sales Engineer based in Chennai. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical expertise to support sales processes, developing solutions tailored to client needs, and assisting with technical queries during the sales cycle. Additional responsibilities include building strong relationships with clients, collaborating with internal teams, and preparing technical proposals. The role also involves identifying potential business opportunities and demonstrating a thorough understanding of Pixel Automation’s products and services.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge in vision system and barcode reading/traceability solution and experience in Sales Engineering and Technical Support
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Expertise in Sales processes and the ability to identify and develop new business opportunities
- Ability to provide innovative, client-specific technical solutions
- Educational background in Engineering or Technology is preferred
- Experience in the industrial automation or manufacturing industry is a plus
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
- Willingness to work at an on-site location in Chennai
