Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Engineer based in Hyderabad. The Sales Engineer will focus on providing technical support, managing client requests, and delivering tailored HVAC solutions to meet customer needs. Core responsibilities include presenting and demonstrating products, preparing proposals, building long-term customer relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to meet project requirements and business goals.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Sales Engineering and the ability to apply technical knowledge to create tailored solutions for clients
- Proficiency in providing Technical Support to customers and addressing their queries effectively
- Exceptional Communication and interpersonal skills to explain complex technical concepts clearly
- Experience in Sales and building rapport with clients, along with Customer Service abilities
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach
- Proficiency with relevant software tools and technology used in sales and engineering
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field
- Experience in HVAC solutions or related industries is highly desirable
