Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer, based in Bengaluru. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical expertise to support clients, identifying customer requirements, and promoting product solutions. Responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations, drafting proposals, assisting with installation guidance, and collaborating closely with sales teams to achieve organizational goals. The role also involves engaging with clients to provide ongoing customer service and fostering strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales Engineering and technical expertise to understand and recommend air purification solutions.
- Proficiency in Sales and Customer Service to effectively communicate product benefits and ensure client satisfaction.
- Excellent Communication skills for client consultations and internal collaboration.
- Experience in providing on-site Technical Support and troubleshooting technical challenges.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple client accounts.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or related field.
- Knowledge of air quality management and HVAC systems is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for providing innovative solutions.
