Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Engineer role located in Jaipur. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for managing and developing client relationships, providing technical support, and offering tailored solutions to meet customer requirements. The role involves actively engaging with clients to understand their needs, conducting product demonstrations, and ensuring post-sales satisfaction. Collaboration with internal teams to achieve sales targets and maintaining an in-depth knowledge of the company's products and services are critical aspects of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Sales Engineering and the ability to provide technical guidance and solutions to customers
- Proven experience in Sales and Customer Service, with a dedication to delivering exceptional client support
- Excellent Communication skills for effectively interacting with clients and internal teams
- Problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proactive, results-driven approach
- Educational qualificationl,related engineering field is preferred
- Experience working with sales or technical services in industries such as construction equipment, Safety solutions.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment
