Position Title: Sales Engineer
Location: Pune
Experience Required: 5 to 10 Years in Industrial Sales, Capital Equipment, Compressor ,Boiler, HVAC, Cooling Towers etc.
Qualifications: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
Job Resposibilities:
- Identify and develop new customers in manufacturing, automotive, engineering, and industrial sectors.
- Visit customers regularly to understand their requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and techno-commercial offers.
- Follow up on inquiries, negotiations, and order closures.
- Coordinate with production, design, and quality teams to ensure timely execution of customer requirements.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and generate repeat business.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and customer visit reports.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and customer meetings.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Technical understanding of engineering and manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and specifications.
- Customer-focused and target-oriented approach.
- Willingness to travel extensive
