Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer based in Pune City. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for identifying customer needs, providing technical knowledge in relation to vacuum generation and mist cooling systems, and assisting in the preparation of proposals or solutions. Responsibilities include generating new business opportunities, conducting product demonstrations, coordinating technical specifications, and offering post-sale technical support. This role requires collaboration with internal teams and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience with Sales Engineering and providing Technical Support
- Strong Sales and Customer Service skills
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to understand and explain technical concepts clearly and effectively
- Problem-solving skills and an ability to address customer queries promptly
- Proficiency in using CRM software or related sales tools is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field
- Prior industry experience in cooling systems or related technologies is advantageous
