Role Description
We are looking for a Product Sales / Product Consultant who can own the complete sales cycle for complex, high-value industrial products.
This is not a volume sales role.
This role requires technical understanding, consultative selling, and strong deal ownership.
You will work closely with founders, engineering, and operations teams to convert customer requirements into long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and close B2B sales opportunities for CNC machines and manufacturing solutions
- Lead client meetings, technical discussions, demos, and negotiations
- Understand customer manufacturing challenges and position Mechinex solutions accordingly
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to customize solutions when required
- Manage CRM, sales pipeline, forecasting, and deal closure timelines
- Represent Mechinex at industry events, exhibitions, and partner meetings
- Mentor and guide junior sales members as the team scales
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in B2B or technical product sales
- Proven track record of closing high-value or complex deals
- Strong understanding of industrial machinery, CNC, manufacturing, or capital equipment (preferred)
- Ability to engage with factory owners, production heads, and decision-makers
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working in a startup environment with ownership mindset
