We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Engineer to spearhead business growth in Industrial Safety & Gas Detection Solutions, build strong customer relationships, and deliver value across multiple industries.
๐ Your Role & Responsibilities
โข Drive sales growth for Drรคger Fixed & Portable Gas Detection Systems, Flame Detection Systems, and Safety Solutions
โข Build and maintain strong relationships with EPCs, consultants, system integrators, and end-users
โข Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across Automobile, Steel, Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Pharma, Power, and Infrastructure sectors
โข Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and solution discussions for customers
โข Coordinate closely with engineering and service teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction
โข Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets while providing market intelligence and competitor insights
๐ฏ Candidate Profile
๐ B.Tech / B.E. in Instrumentation, Electronics, or a related engineering discipline
๐ผ 4โ8 years of B2B industrial sales experience, preferably in Gas Detection, Flame Detection, Industrial Safety, or Process Automation
๐ Hands-on experience with Gas Detection products will be a strong advantage
๐ฃ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- โ๏ธ Willingness to travel extensively and perform in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
