Executive – Business Development is the principle owner of the AREA in which he governs business for the identified products and solutions
Job Synospe :
We are looking for a energetic and motivated candidate with 1-4 years of experience to join our team. The role involves Marketing, research, analying and promoting cranes, hoists, and MHE Forklift Etc (material handling equipment), while building relationships with industrial clients and learning technical sales in on of India most booming sector and geography (PUNE).
Job description :
- Identify and approach potential customers in Automobile , auto ancliliary , manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, and relevant sectors.
- Research DATA base to be delevoped wrt the existing data base and new client visist wrt the existing installations at the clients place.
- Learn and develop client offerings based on the market analysis and client project requirements.
- Generate leads through cold calling, site visits, references, and digital platforms. (Pool of existing and older customer data base available)
- Assist Senior team with client meetings, presentations.
- Establish Online, Digital foot print with available data base and references.
- Understand the entire cycle of Sales / Business development and marketing.
Products to be handled : (GERMAN MNCs)
JUNGHEINRICH MHE AND CARLSTAHL CRANES
Skillset expected:
- Clear communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic technical aptitude (Mechanical/Electrical background preferred)
- Self-driven and target-oriented mindset
- Willingness to travel for client visits , market research and project site surveys
- Interest in B2B industrial / corporate and project sales
- Basic computer skills (MS office, Email, Linkedin, Digital marketing)
Preferred Candidate attributes:
- Enthusiastic fresher + looking to build a career in Corporate B2B sales
- Comfortable interacting with Department heads, Engineering and purchase teams and management teams.
- Basic understanding of Drawings and engineering nomenclature
- Quick learner with problem-solving attitude. (all releant trainings will be provided)
- Good presentation and negotiation skills (can be developed on the job)
- 2/4 wheeler Mandatory
Training & Growth path
- Product training on Carlstahl lifting solutions and Jungheinrich MHE systems
- Exposure to real industrial projects and client handling
- Growth path:
- Sales Executive → Sr Engineer → Key Account Manager → and so on
