Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a multiple Sales Engineers based in Pune, Chennai and Ghaziabad. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for driving sales efforts and providing technical support to customers, ensuring a deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to recommend suitable grinding machinery solutions. The role includes maintaining relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering excellent customer service. The individual will also collaborate with the internal technical team to address customer queries and ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Engineering to effectively identify opportunities, develop leads, and achieve targets
- Strong Technical Support capabilities to assist clients with product inquiries and resolve technical issues
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships and address needs effectively
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and work in an on-site environment
- Prior experience in industrial machinery or engineering solutions is a plus
- Engineering degree in Mechanical or related field preferred
