🔧 About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Engineer who is ready for intensive field work and passionate about technical sales.
💼 Key Responsibilities
• Generate new leads and develop potential customers
• Understand client technical & business requirements
• Recommend suitable marking & coding solutions
• Conduct product demonstrations at customer sites
• Provide pre-sales technical support
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution
• Build strong customer relationships
• Drive sales growth and achieve targets
🎯 Key Requirements
• 2–3 years of experience in capital equipment / industrial sales
• Strong technical aptitude with solution-selling approach
• Willingness to travel extensively (field role)
• Good communication & presentation skills
• Self-driven and target-oriented
🏭 Preferred Industry Experience
Industrial equipment | Packaging | Coding & Marking | FMCG | Pharma
