Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Engineer based in the Greater Delhi Area. The Sales Engineer will play a key role in driving business growth through engaging with clients, understanding their technical requirements, and providing tailored equipment solutions. Responsibilities include generating leads, conducting product demonstrations, offering technical support, preparing customized proposals, facilitating sales processes, and maintaining strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and post-sales support.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales Engineering and the ability to recommend appropriate technical solutions based on client requirements.
- Strong Technical Support and troubleshooting skills to assist clients with product operation and issue resolution.
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
- Experience in Sales and Customer Service with a strong focus on delivering value and building long-term relationships.
- Proficient understanding of compressed air equipment or industrial machinery is a strong advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Self-motivated and results-driven individual with problem-solving capabilities and a client-centric approach.
- Willingness to travel within the Greater Delhi Area for client visits and product demonstrations.
