Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Engineer role based in Varahi. The Sales Engineer will identify and pursue new business opportunities, conduct client visits, and present suitable filtration and cleanroom solutions based on customer requirements. Daily responsibilities include preparing and delivering technical proposals, quotations, and product demonstrations, as well as coordinating with internal technical teams to design or customize solutions. The role involves providing pre- and post-sales technical support, resolving customer queries, and ensuring timely follow-up on leads and orders. The Sales Engineer will maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and market intelligence, while contributing to sales targets and long-term client relationships.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales Engineering skills with the ability to translate technical specifications into customer-focused solutions.
- Proficiency in Sales and Customer Service to build relationships, manage accounts, and support clients throughout the sales cycle.
- Technical Support capabilities, including troubleshooting, basic system understanding, and coordination with engineering teams.
- Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, for presentations, proposals, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Background in mechanical, chemical, or related engineering (diploma or degree preferred), ideally with exposure to filtration, HVAC, or cleanroom systems.
- Comfort working on-site in industrial environments, with willingness to travel to customer locations as required.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a proactive and self-motivated approach to meeting targets.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for reports, proposals, and documentation.
