Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Srinagar for a Sales Engineer at Iotral Systems Private Limited. The Sales Engineer will engage in technical sales presentations, assist clients in understanding automation solutions, provide technical support during the sales cycle, and build strong relationships with customers. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to address client needs, ensuring a smooth implementation of solutions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales Engineering and demonstrating technical products to prospects
- Ability to provide Technical Support and troubleshoot technical issues effectively
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients and internal teams
- Experience in Sales and building customer relationships
- Excellent Customer Service skills and the ability to address client concerns professionally
- Degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge or experience in automation systems and smart technologies is a plus
- Problem-solving ability and a customer-centric approach
