Role Description
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Sales Engineer for our Tiruvallur location. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for managing technical sales activities, providing pre-sales and post-sales technical support, understanding client requirements, and recommending customized solutions. The role involves building and maintaining strong customer relationships, preparing project proposals, and collaborating with the technical team to ensure a high level of client satisfaction. Additional responsibilities may include product demonstrations, documentation, and meeting sales targets.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Sales Engineering and Sales, with experience in understanding technical requirements and presenting automation solutions.
- Ability to provide Technical Support and effectively address customer queries with a deep understanding of automation systems.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and nurture client relationships.
- Experience in working with diverse industries and familiarity with automation technologies is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, Automation, or a related technical field is highly preferred.
