We are Hiring | Sales Engineer – Instrumentation | New Delhi
Are you someone who enjoys being in the field with customers, solving technical challenges, and also managing smart sales coordination from the desk?
At Globe United, we are hiring a Sales Engineer – Instrumentation for our Indian branch, IPS Automation Products Pvt. Ltd., based out of our New Delhi – Vikaspuri Branch.
This is an exciting opportunity for professionals who want a dynamic role combining customer meetings, site visits, technical discussions, quotation management, and business development.
📍 Location: New Delhi – Vikaspuri Branch
💼 Experience: 2–3 Years
🚗 Role Type: Field + Desk Based
✈️ Travel: Regular Client & Site Visits
What You’ll Be Doing
✔ Meet customers, visit sites, and understand technical requirements
✔ Recommend suitable instrumentation and automation solutions
✔ Prepare techno-commercial quotations and proposals
✔ Manage both field sales execution and desk coordination
✔ Build relationships with OEMs, EPCs, consultants, and industrial clients
✔ Drive enquiry conversion, order closure, and revenue growth
✔ Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for seamless execution
✔ Travel regularly for business development and client meetings
What We’re Looking For
✅ Experience in industrial instrumentation / automation sales
✅ Good knowledge of pressure, temperature, flow, level, and analytical instruments
✅ Strong communication and negotiation skills
✅ Comfortable with field travel + office coordination
✅ CRM / Zoho and quotation experience preferred
✅ Target-driven and customer-focused mindset
🎓 Qualification: B.E / B.Tech / Diploma in Instrumentation, Electronics, Electrical, or related field
