Role Description
We are seeking a qualified Sales Engineer to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. The Sales Engineer will play a key role in driving revenue growth by constantly identifying new customer, their needs, providing tailored technical solutions, and maintaining strong client relationships. Responsibilities include preparing and delivering product presentations, providing technical support, collaborating with the sales and product development teams, and managing client accounts to meet sales targets. Additional responsibilities may involve fielding inquiries, developing proposals, and staying updated on product advancements and industry trends.
Qualifications
- Actively prospect and acquire new B2B Customers
- Conducting customer site visits
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial qualification to final order execution.
- Strong technical knowledge in wheels, castors, and material handling or industrial equipment
- Ability to identify client needs and offer tailored technical solutions
- Sales and business development skills with experience in managing customer relationships
- Effective communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Familiarity with market research and competitor analysis
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales reporting tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: 2-6 Years
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a remote work environment
