Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Engineer based in pune, India. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, understanding their technical and business needs, and delivering tailored solutions. Key tasks include providing technical support, presenting and demonstrating products, collaborating with the engineering team to develop customized solutions, preparing proposals, and maintaining strong client relationships to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in Sales Engineering and Technical Support, with a proven ability to assess and address customer requirements
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written Communication skills
- Proficiency in Sales and Customer Service, with a focus on building long-term client relationships
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions
- Technical background with a degree in Engineering or a related field is highly preferred
- Knowledge of industrial chillers, thermoregulation systems, or related equipment is a plus
- Familiarity with international markets and OEM relationships is an advantage
- Strong problem-solving skills and a results-driven approach
