Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Engineer, based in Noida, with opportunities for remote work. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for generating leads, delivering technical support to customers, preparing proposals, and providing product demonstrations. They will serve as a bridge between technical teams and customers, ensuring a seamless sales process while addressing customer needs and inquiries effectively. Additionally, the Sales Engineer will work with internal teams to ensure successful project execution.
Qualifications
- Sales Engineering and Sales expertise to identify, qualify, and close business opportunities
- Technical Support skills to provide accurate solutions and troubleshoot customer issues
- Strong Communication skills for effective engagement with clients and internal teams
- Customer Service capabilities to ensure satisfaction and address client inquiries
- Proficiency in delivering product demonstrations and technical presentations
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, such as Electrical, Mechanical, or a related field
- Understanding of industrial processes and automation technologies is highly desirable
- Adaptability to both office and remote working environments
- Proactive attitude and capability to work independently as well as collaboratively
