Position: Sales Engineer
Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and technically sound Sales Engineer to manage business development and sales activities for LT/HT Panels, Switchgear, and Automation Solutions. The candidate will be responsible for client acquisition, technical discussions, proposal preparation, and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate new business opportunities in industrial and commercial sectors
• Promote LT/HT Panels, Switchgear, and Automation products & solutions
• Conduct client meetings, technical presentations, and site visits
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable technical solutions
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up with clients
• Coordinate with design, production, and execution teams for project completion
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Skills Required:
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Good technical understanding of Electrical Panels, Switchgear, and Automation Systems
• Knowledge of B2B industrial sales, Field Visits, cold calling
• Ability to handle client coordination and technical discussions
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting
Qualification:
Diploma / B.E. in Electrical Engineering or relevant field
Experience:
Experience in Electrical Sales, Industrial Sales, Automation, or Switchgear Industry preferred
