Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Delhi Area for a Sales Engineer. Responsibilities include driving technical sales efforts, understanding customer requirements, providing technical demonstrations, and creating customized solutions. You will collaborate with engineering teams to address customer needs, offer technical support, and maintain high-quality customer service. Building and nurturing long-term customer relationships is an essential part of this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales Engineering and Technical Support
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Demonstrated ability in Sales and building customer relationships
- Knowledge of industrial machinery and laser technologies is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively
