Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer, based in Bengaluru. The Sales Engineer will engage in providing technical support to clients, driving pre-sales activities, and contributing to revenue growth. Responsibilities include identifying customer needs, presenting and demonstrating tailored solutions, bridging product capabilities with client requirements, and maintaining effective client relationships. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction and ensure seamless project execution.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales Engineering and Technical Support, with the ability to understand and apply technical solutions to meet customer needs
- Strong Sales and Communication skills for effectively engaging clients, presenting solutions, and addressing concerns
- Experience in providing exceptional Customer Service and building long-term client relationships
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and adapt to dynamic project demands
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with energy management systems and IoT solutions is an advantage
