Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer, based in New Delhi. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for driving sales activities, providing technical support to clients, and addressing customer inquiries. The role involves developing client relationships, understanding customer needs, creating solutions, and contributing to the promotion and adoption of ELKO EP's automation products. Collaboration with technical teams and ensuring customer satisfaction are integral to this position.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Sales Engineering and Sales to effectively present technical solutions to customers and drive business growth.
- Proficiency in Technical Support and a clear understanding of electronic devices and automation products.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships and address customer concerns.
- Ability to collaborate with technical teams and support product integration and troubleshooting processes.
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet targets and exceed customer expectations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Relevant experience in the electrotechnical or automation industry will be an advantage.
