Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled professional to join Ekaa Devices as a Sales Engineer. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. Responsibilities include understanding clients' technical and business needs, providing expert product consultation, supporting pre- and post-sales activities, and maintaining strong client relationships. The Sales Engineer will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction through technical guidance and support.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales Engineering and in-depth understanding of technical products
- Strong skills in Sales and Customer Service to foster client relationships and achieve targets
- Excellent Communication and Technical Support skills to convey complex technical information clearly
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in healthcare or medical device sales is highly desirable
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field is preferred
