Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in hyderabad and Indore for a Sales Engineer. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, managing customer accounts, identifying client needs, offering technical solutions, and driving the sales process for the company's product and service offerings. Key tasks include building relationships with clients, presenting product solutions, addressing customer inquiries, and contributing to sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience and proficiency in Sales Engineering and technical product knowledge
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams
- Proven track record in Sales with the ability to drive business growth and achieve targets
- Customer Service and problem-solving skills to build relationships and address client needs effectively
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- Educational background in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field is preferred
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry is advantageous
