About the Role
We are looking for dynamic, result-oriented, and highly connected Sales Engineers to join our growing team at EDAN Instruments. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in medical equipment sales, dealer management, channel development, and B2B business expansion within the healthcare industry.
This role demands professionals who can build long-term relationships with major dealers, distributors, hospitals, diagnostic centers, and healthcare partners across their assigned territories.
Open Positions & Territory Responsibility
1. Sales Engineer – Delhi NCR
Territory: North India (excluding Uttar Pradesh)
2. Sales Engineer – Mumbai
Territory: Maharashtra, Gujarat & Madhya Pradesh
3. Sales Engineer – Bangalore
Territory: Karnataka
4. Sales Engineer – Odisha
Territory: Bihar, Jharkhand, Odisha & Chhattisgarh
5. Sales Engineer – Assam
Territory: Northeastern India
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand B2B sales channels for medical equipment across the assigned territory.
- Build strong relationships with key dealers, distributors, channel partners, hospitals, and healthcare institutions.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive territory growth.
- Manage dealer engagement, product positioning, and business negotiations.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and commercial discussions with clients.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, logistics, and after-sales support.
- Participate in exhibitions, conferences, and healthcare industry events.
- Maintain regular reporting of sales activities, pipeline, and market intelligence.
Candidate Profile
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 7 years of experience in medical equipment or medical device sales.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare and diagnostic equipment market.
- Proven experience in B2B/channel sales and dealer network management.
- Established network with key dealers and distributors in the assigned region.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
