Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer, based in Kolkata. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, understanding client requirements, and offering customized solutions to address their energy challenges. Key responsibilities include engaging with customers, managing sales processes, preparing technical presentations, and ensuring excellent customer service. Building lasting client relationships and achieving sales targets will be a central part of this role.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales Engineering and Sales, with a track record of meeting sales targets and technical solution provisioning
- Strong Technical Support skills to assist clients with troubleshooting and optimizing energy solutions
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with customers effectively and build relationships
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Analytical skills to assess client energy needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Energy Systems, or a related technical field; a background in the energy sector is an advantage
