Responsibilities
- Lead the technical sales process for the full Doble Solutions Portfolio.
- Partner with RSDs, BDMs, and Channel Partners to build strategic account plans and grow pipeline opportunities.
- Conduct impactful pre‑sales demos, presentations, and customer workshops to support solution adoption.
- Drive regional sales growth by developing strategies in collaboration with the Regional Sales Director (RSD), Business Development Managers (BDMs), and Channel Partners.
- Lead the full technical sales cycle for the complete Doble Solutions Portfolio.
- Develop strategic account plans, identify new opportunities, and expand business within existing and new accounts.
- Identify and pursue new customers, new market segments, and additional revenue streams across the region.
- Provide continuous support to the sales organization to enhance deal closure, technical positioning, and competitive differentiation.
- Offer application expertise throughout the sales process to ensure customer requirements are clearly addressed.
- Participate actively in pre‑sales engagements to demonstrate the technical and commercial value of Doble products and services.
- Review technical specifications for RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs to support strategic sales decisions and proposal preparation.
- Maintain thorough, accurate, and timely updates in Salesforce for opportunities, activities, forecasts, and pipeline management.
- Ensure proactive communication with the RSM/RSD regarding pipeline status, pricing, resourcing, and competitive intelligence.
- Attend trade shows, seminars, and events to meet industry influencers and develop new customer relationships.
- Conduct post‑sales follow-up with key stakeholders to strengthen customer satisfaction and support potential upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of experience in electric power engineering or technical sales roles.
- A professional demeanor and proactive nature.
- The skills to express ideas clearly in both written and oral communications especially in English. This includes being able to make technical presentations to a wide variety of audiences.
- Proven ability to plan, organize, and perform work activities with minimal supervision.
- Excellent listening and communication skills with strong ability to influence people at all levels.
- Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills with the ability to engage both technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Proactive, organized, and able to work independently while managing travel, priorities, and customer expectations
