Role Description This full-time remote Sales Engineer role combines technical expertise with customer-facing responsibilities and sales revenue generation. The Sales Engineer will understand client requirements and collaborate with internal teams to make quotations. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with prospective and existing clients, conducting needs assessments, providing technical explanations of products and integrations, and addressing pre- and post-sales technical inquiries.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales Engineering and Sales skills to translate business needs into technical solutions and support the sales cycle.
- Experience in Technical Support and Customer Service to assist clients with implementation, troubleshooting, and ongoing product use.
- Excellent Communication skills to convey complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple client engagements, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, instrumentation or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
