Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Engineer to promote and sell advanced medical equipment such as CT, MRI, Cathlab, ventilators, and critical care systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and supporting end-to-end sales activities within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell medical equipment including CT, MRI, Cathlab, ventilators, and critical care systems.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with hospitals, diagnostic centers, and healthcare institutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital administrators, biomedical engineers, and procurement teams.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and tenders in coordination with senior sales managers.
  • Support AMC and CMC contracts, including renewals and service upselling.
  • Conduct regular field visits to generate leads and strengthen customer engagement.
  • Coordinate with service and application teams to ensure smooth installations and high customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate sales reports (daily/weekly) and update CRM systems regularly.
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide market insights to the leadership team.
  • Support collections by following up on payments and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Experience & Qualifications
  • 3–8 years of experience in healthcare or medical equipment sales.
  • Exposure to capital medical equipment or healthcare technology sales is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
