Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Engineer located in the Pune Division. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for generating and converting leads, providing technical solutions to clients, and delivering product demonstrations. Additional duties include offering post-sales technical support, addressing customer inquiries, and collaborating with internal teams to meet sales targets and grow the customer base.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Sales Engineering and ability to communicate technical information effectively
- Experience in providing Technical Support and resolving client issues
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships and ensure client satisfaction
- Proven ability in Sales, including lead generation and closing
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Relevant experience in engineering or elevator systems, with a bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field preferred
