Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Indore for the position of Sales Engineer. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, presenting and demonstrating product solutions, and generating sales opportunities. The role also involves providing technical support, preparing proposals, and maintaining strong client relationships. Additional responsibilities include planning sales strategies, delivering presentations, and collaborating with the technical and operational teams to meet customer needs and project deadlines.
Qualifications
- Technical knowledge and expertise in industrial materials, piping systems, valves, pumps, and related equipment
- Skills in sales, client relationship management, and presentation delivery
- Experience in creating proposals and technical documents for project execution
- Ability to conduct market research and develop sales strategies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to offer technical solutions tailored to client requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Industrial Engineering (or related field) is preferred
- Prior experience in industrial sales or project-based roles is an advantage
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is desirable
