Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Sales Engineer, located in Delhi; Bengaluru; Chennai with the flexibility for partial remote work. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, providing technical expertise, and supporting sales teams to ensure successful deal closure. The individual will collaborate with clients to understand their technical needs, offer solutions, product presentations, and create techno-commercial proposals. Responsibilities also include building and nurturing client relationships and ensuring exceptional customer service to achieve targeted business outcomes.


Qualifications

  • Expertise in Sales Engineering and proven ability to bridge technical offerings with customer needs
  • Proficiency in Technical Support and resolving technical issues effectively
  • Strong interpersonal and Communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams
  • Experience in Sales and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Customer Service skills with a focus on delivering excellent client experiences
  • Capability to work collaboratively , demonstrating adaptability and discipline
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field (preferred)
  • Familiarity with the electronics, semiconductor, or solar industries is an advantage
