Role Description
We are looking for a passionate and motivated Sales Engineer to join our team for ZEISS HandsOnMetrology product sales. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who want to build a strong career in technical sales, industrial metrology, and advanced manufacturing solutions.
As a Sales Engineer, you will work closely with customers across manufacturing, quality control, engineering, automotive, aerospace, and related industries. You will learn how to understand customer requirements, present technical solutions, and support the complete sales process for ZEISS HandsOnMetrology products.
Key Responsibilities
* Promote and sell ZEISS HandsOnMetrology products to potential customers.
* Understand customer applications and suggest suitable metrology solutions.
* Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and support business development activities.
* Conduct product presentations and coordinate demonstrations with technical teams.
* Build strong relationships with customers and maintain regular communication.
* Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
* Support marketing activities, exhibitions, customer visits, and product awareness campaigns.
* Continuously learn about metrology, 3D scanning, inspection solutions, and ZEISS product applications.
Desired Candidate Profile
* Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Production, Automobile, Instrumentation, or related engineering field.
* 0–1 year of experience in sales, technical sales, application engineering, or industrial products preferred.
* Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are welcome.
* Interest in manufacturing, quality inspection, 3D scanning, and industrial technology.
* Good presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to grow in a sales career.
* Willingness to travel for customer meetings and demonstrations.
