Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Engineer based in Kallakurichi. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support to clients, assisting with pre- and post-sales activities, and developing solutions tailored to customer needs. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with the sales team, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring seamless service delivery to meet organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales Engineering and Sales processes
- Strong Technical Support and Customer Service skills
- Excellent Communication skills to engage with clients and team members effectively
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to technical challenges
- Experience in providing client-driven solutions will be an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
